I'm a Visual Development Artist / Background Artist working primarily in adult animation, my work is heavily focused on telling stories and

engaging the public, with my skills I'm able to contribute in many steps of the production, going from start to completion!

THIS IS WHO I AM

My name is Patrick. I’m a 24 years old, born in the outskirts of São Paulo, Brazil. My story with art started back in elementary school,

when I began drawing as a way to connect with some of the kids in class who were already into it. I was far from the best, but I genuinely loved doing it and being part of that group.

 

Like many people, as I grew older, I started drawing less and less but I never gave it up completely. At the end of high school, I came across some digital speed paintings that reignited my passion for drawing. I picked up my tools again and even started creating digital art using just a mouse. A couple of months later, I was completely immersed in the art world. Little by little, I started getting some gigs, and eventually, I was able to buy my first drawing tablet and really begin my carrer as an artist!

 

THE LOSER'S SHINE

During the last 9 years where I've been studying art I encounter many types of work and things that inspires me, that being

fine art, digital painting, animation, books... and one thing that always inspired me and connected with me in a way was the loser, the loner, the drunker, the ordinary, the one that usually don't deserve to have a story, but for the most part that's who we are, things don't come easy, we fuck up, we are not the ones and that's what make the story of everyone unique and it really connect with me.
